This is a Vegito figure from the Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle 10th Anniversary series.
It has been fully repainted in a 2D cel-shaded style (anime-style painting).
The set includes the figure, effect parts, and the base.
The process included: surface primer application → painting → matte top coat finish.
