お支払い確認日より概ね土日・祝日を除く1〜7日以内に発送させていただきます。
※お支払い完了後の送り先変更はできません。
基本的には7日ほど発送までに日数をいただいておりますので、落札者様の都合などですぐに発送してほしいなどの要望には対応できかねますのでお急ぎの方は購入はご遠慮ください。
稀に当方の多忙の為や、連休時などで発送作業の為の日数が少ない場合などに商品発送まで1週間以上かかる場合がございますので不安な方は購入前にコメントいただければお答えいたします。
土日・祝日・その他長期休暇時(GW、お盆、年末年始など)は基本的に発送を行なっておりません。
時間指定・営業所止めなどをご希望される場合は購入後速やかに取引メッセージにてご連絡お願いいたします。
また、営業所止めをご希望される場合は電話番号が必要になる場合がございますのでご了承ください。
お支払い確認後のご連絡の場合は、発送と入れ違いになり指定を行えない場合がありますのでご了承ください。
法人様の場合など、運送業者の規定によりご希望に添えない場合があります。
About shipping
*We do not offer anonymous shipping.
Normal items will be shipped by Sagawa Express.
Large items will be shipped by "Seino Transport". (In order to reduce shipping costs, we may ask you to write "00-shoten" etc.)
We will generally ship within 1-7 days from the date of payment confirmation, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
We cannot change the shipping address after payment is completed.
We are not able to respond to requests for immediate shipment for reasons such as the winning bidder's convenience, so please refrain from purchasing if you are in a hurry.
Please do not buy if you are in a hurry. In rare cases, it may take more than a week to ship an item due to our busy schedule, holidays, etc. If you have any concerns, please comment before purchasing.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, national vacations, or during long vacations (GW, Obon, New Year holidays, etc.).
If you would like to specify the time of delivery, or if you would like us to stop at a business office, please contact us via business message as soon as possible after purchase.
Please note that a phone number may be required if you wish to stop at a business office.
If you contact us after payment has been confirmed, please understand that we may not be able to make the designation because it will be sent at the same time as the shipment.
